A perusal of market information over the last 18 months indicates that in the southern area of the Rodney District there have been 9 to 10 lifestyle properties that have sold in excess of $2,500,000. The majority of these properties are located in Coatesville with two other properties in Dairy Flat and Silverdale/Stillwater.
